Phone carrier issue: if you try to call us and get a message that the number has been disconnected please either try using a different phone line (e.g. a mobile) and/or send us a message through the contact form asking for a call back and then submit a support request to your phone carrier. More details below*
*There is a known fault with one particular phone carrier (Vocus) that affects several phone providers, including iprimus. The result is that when you dial our number (and other numbers that use the same carrier as us) Vocus does not send the call to our carrier and instead returns with an incorrect message that our number is disconnected. Our phone carrier has tried escalating this issue, but unfortunately it is out of their hands unless a customer under one of the Vocus networks reports the issue and it gets escalated. We have tried a number of approaches to resolve this, but unfortunately we have been informed there is nothing we can do until Vocus resolves the issue within their network. We apologise for any frustration.
